摘 要:应用等位基因特异性PCR检测71例新生儿黄疸患儿DNA的ABO血型基因型,并通过统计学分析,与255例海南汉族正常人群DNA的ABO血型基因型作对比分析,以探讨新生儿黄疸与ABO血型基因DNA多态性的相关性.结果显示:在海南籍汉族新生儿病理性黄疸患儿ABO等位基因中以A等位基因多见、O等位基因少见,在海南籍汉族新生儿病理性黄疸患儿ABO血型基因型中以AO1基因型和BO1基因型多见、BB基因型和O1O1基因型少见,与海南籍汉族正常人群对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05).结果表明:新生儿病理性黄疸的发生可能与ABO血型基因型有关.ABO genotypes of DNA Samples from 71 new-born babies with Neonatal jaundice are analyzed by the allele-specific PCR and are compared with the ABO genotypes of the 255 DNA from normal group in Han Nationality in Hainan region in order to investigate the relationship of infants with Neonatal jaundice and the ABO gene polymorphism of normal group in Han Nationality in Hainan region. Results from the study showed that the ABO allele gene is concerned, gene A is detected frequently and gene O is seldom detected in infants with Neonatal jaundice in Han Nationality in Hainan region. As the ABO genotype is concerned, the AO^1 and the BO^1 are detected frequently, yet BB and O^1O^1 are seldom detected, which is different from the normal group in Han Nationality in Hainan region ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Results obtained from this study show that Neonatal jaundice in infants is likely related with the ABO genotype.
