摘 要:文章介绍了现场原有伴生气回收工艺,针对偏远或小规模油田存在的因井口分散导致回收成本高的问题,提出了新的伴生气回收工艺流程。新工艺克服了原有伴生气回收设备难以在现场加工、且回收后还需要投资建厂、加工利用成本高的缺点,能够实现现场完成加工。该工艺现场脱除伴生气中含有的硫化物和碳化物,并用膜法工艺进一步净化其它有害物质,既可以降低回收成本,又能够现场制备符合国家标准的民用液化气,从而达到环保、节能、创造更高经济效益的目的。The paper introduces the recovery process of originally associated gas and advances the new recovery process in order to cut down high cost in the remote or small oilfields due to dispersed wellhead.The new process overcomes some defects of the originally associated gas equipment,such as difficult processing on the spot,investing to rebuild a new plant after recovering,high cost for processing and utilization.And it can also complement field processing.In the process,sulfide and carbide in associated gas can be removed on the spot and other harmful substance can be further purified by membrane method.Therefore,the recovery cost decreases and clean LNG can be prepared on the spot so as to protect environment,save energy and create higher economic benefits.
