中医药治疗椎间盘病临床研究

摘　　要：探讨了中医药治疗椎间盘病的规律,提出了髓痹为椎间盘病的中医病名.主要病机为虚实夹杂,虚乃肝肾亏虚,实则殆由用力不当、跌仆闪挫而直接损伤了三条主要经脉,即督脉、足少阴肾经和足太阳膀胱经,又易招致风寒湿邪气之侵袭,致使瘀血阻络,风寒湿阻络,经络不通,不通则痛.治疗此病的基本原则是补益肝肾,通络止痛,结合兼证进行辨证论治.自拟基本方结合兼证加减变化,治疗126例,其中治愈76例,显效32例,有效14例,无效4例,治愈显效率85.7%,总有效率96.8%.认为中医药加休息是保守治疗椎间盘病最理想的方法.The author discussed the laws for the treatment of discopathy with traditional chinese medicine and drug and considered that this disease should be called marrow stagnation from the angle of traditional chinese medicine, and the pathogenesis of this disease was asthenia - sthenia zheng complications. The asthenia meant the deficiency of liver and kidney and sthenia meant that three main meridians, namely Du Meridian, kidney Meridian of Foot - shaoyin and urinary Bladder Meridian of Foot - taiyang, were damaged because of improper exertion, stumbling and sprain and contu- sion. Then the patient was susceptible to the invasion of wind - cold - damp, which resulted in obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis and wind - cold - damp, and obstruction of meridians and col- laterals and pain ensued. The abasic principles for the treatment of this disease was to nurish liver and kidney ,dredge collaterals to relieve pain and perform treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to secondary symptoms. The author applied self - designed basic prescription and changed the dosage acting on the secondary symptoms to treat this disease. Among 126 treated cases. 76 cases were cured,32 cases showed excellent results, 14 cases responded to the treatment and 4 cases failed to respond. The excellent rate of the treatment was 85.7% and total effective rate was 96.8%. The author considers that traditional chinese medicine and drug combined with rest is the most ideal therapy among all conservative treatments for discopathy.
