内蒙古体育人口统计方法的研究

摘　　要：从内蒙古的实际出发,阐述了体育人口统计方法的新观点,根据体育人口的概念和世界卫生组织关于健康的定义划定体育人口标准;根据内蒙古公民参与体育活动情况划定年龄范围;公民参与体育健身活动内容划定项目范围;各地区经济文化发展水平及体育运动开展情况选择地区统计对象.同时论述了如何设计专项调查统计方案与组织实施.使内蒙古体育人口的统计方法更加科学,更加符合内蒙古的实际,对于检验《中华人民共和国体育法》和《全民健身计划纲要》实施效果,具有应用及参考价值.According to the practical situation of our autonomous region, this paper has the analysis of the new idea of the Statistical Methods of Sports Population ,based on the concept and the standard of sports population which is identified by the WHO about the real meaning of the health; based on the ranges of the sports peoples age which are identified according to the situation of our autonomous regionh sports population; based on the ranges of the programs of sports which are identified according to the contents that we autonomous region＇s citizen joined; based on the targets for statistics which are chosen according to the economical and cultural development level of each place in our autono- mous region. In the meanwhile, we discussed how to design the statistical plan of survey and how to carry out. It gives more scientific statistics methods of the sports population, and is more suitable to our autonomous region＇s practical situation, and provide an applied and reference value for testing the efficiency of the Sports Law of People＇s Republic of China and the Outline of Keeping Fit of our Whole Nation.
