丁基罗丹明B-钇钼杂多酸缔合显色反应的研究

摘　　要：本文报道在聚乙烯醇存在下，钇与钼酸铵和丁基罗丹明Ｂ形成离子缔合物．该缔合物的λｍａｘ为５８０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数ε为４．７４×１０５Ｌｍｏｌ－１ｃｍ－１，钇量在０～３．０μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围服从比耳定律．缔合物吸光度可稳定７２ｈ以上．缔合物中Ｙ与ＢＲＢ的摩尔比为ＹＢＲＢ＝１２．考察了４０多种共存离于的影响，大多数常见元素不干扰钇的测定．本法用于某些矿样中钇的测定，获得满意的结果．Yttrium reacts with ammonium molydbate and butylrhodamine B(BRB) to form the color ion association complex in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). Its apparent molar absorptivity is 4.74×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 580nm. Beers law is obyed in the range of 0-3.0μg/25mL for yttrium. The ion association compex was stable at least for 72h. The molar ratio of yttrium(Ⅲ) to BRB in the ion association complex is 1∶2 by equilibrium movement method. Over 40 foreign ions were tested. Most common ions do not interfere. The method has been used for determination of yttrium in some ore samples with satisfactory results.
