摘  要:用反相离子对高效液相色谱-电化学检测法分离并同时测定了大鼠脊髓灌流液中部分单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物。选择了较为理想的色谱条件,使生物样品的检测限达到80~670pg,单胺类递质代谢产物的回收率保持在83%~106%范围内。A method for the separation and determination of monoamine transmitters and their metabolites in the spinal perfusate of rat was developed by RP HPLC with electrochemical detector.When the perfusion speed was set at 1.0mL/30min,and the samples were collected successively every 30min for 90min,the contents of three kinds of monoamine's metabolites were stable in the spinal perfusate,which proved that using spinal perfusion system coupled with HPLC to study the physiological function of monoamine in the spinal cord was practical and reliable.
