摘　　要：数控机床加工中应用子程序,可以简化程序,保证零件的加工质量,提高生产效率。通过分析FANUC Series 21i数控系统子程序的结构和应用范围,给出了子程序的具体应用实例和使用过程中应注意的问题,在优化数控程序的同时,提高了程序的利用率。That the sub program is applied in the NC manufacture can simplify the program; guarantee the parts quality and increase produce efficiency. FANUC Series 21i is the advanced NC system at present. The structure and range of the sub program was analyzed and the attention question of the given example and using process is given. Also, the NC program was optimized which can improve the program effieieney.
