摘　　要：目的:研究日本产草药苦苣菜(Sonchus oleraceus L.)全草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果与结论:从日本产苦苣菜的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定了4个化合物:对-甲氧基苯乙酸(1)、木犀草素(2)、芹菜素(3)、3-O-葡萄糖-5,7,3,′4′-四羟基黄酮(4)。Objective ：To study the chemical constituents of Japanese herb Sonchus oleraceus. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and preparative HPLC and identified by such modern spectrum techniques as ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR and MS. Results and Conclusion ： Four compounds were isolated and elucidated as p-methoxyphenylacetic acid （ 1 ）, luteolin （2）, apigenin （3）, quercetin-3-O-glucoside （4）.
