摘　　要：研究了现有产品数据管理系统(PDM)体系结构,指出现有PDM系统在适应企业业务重组和异地协同方面的问题,分析了面向服务架构(SOA)技术的特点,提出了基于SOA的PDM架构体系,并给出了在设计过程中应考虑的问题。It researches the structure of product data management （PDM）, pointes out that the current PDM systems has the problems of satisfying the needs of enterprise in the business process reorganization and cooperation in different areas .After analyzing the prosperity of service oriented architecture （SOA）, a new PDM system structure based on SOA is proposed, and some suggestions has been listed in the end.
