阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症200例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对高脂血症患者的血脂调节及脂蛋白脂酶(LDL)作用。方法:选混合型高脂血症患者200例,口服阿托伐他汀6个月,分别于服药前、服药后1个月,服药后3个月、服药后6个月检测ALT、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、CK、CRP、LPL。结果:入选病例经治疗1、3、6个月,血脂指标TG、TC、LDL-C明显下降;C反应蛋白显著降低,与服药前相比均有显著性差异。阿托伐他汀连续服用6个月,对LPL水平没有影响。结论:阿托伐他汀有明显的降低血脂作用,但其机制与升高LPL无关。Objective： To research the effect of atorvastatin on blood fat and lipoprotein lipase in hyperlipemia patients. Methods： 200 patients with hyperlipemia were selected in our research. They were all oral administrated with atorvastatin for 6 months. ALT, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, CK, CRP and LPL were determined before and after 1, 3, and 6 months of their administration. Resuits ： After oral administrated with atorvastatin for 1, 3, and 6 months, index of blood fat were improved obviously. That is, TG, TC and LDL-C were all decreased significantly. CRP was also decreased that contrasted with before administration. But when LPL was concerned, it didn＇ t change after administration. Conclusion： Atorvastatin was very effective in decreasing blood fat, but the mechanism was not related to LPL.
