锁气器结构在落渣系统中的运用

摘　　要：锁气器广泛运用于煤粉系统、除尘器等设备中,其结构简单,经济性好,便于改造,主要起到防止空气窜流造成粉尘流通不顺畅的作用,同时还具有一定的防火防爆防冲击等功能。结合车间热水锅炉落渣系统的改造,介绍了锁气器在工业锅炉除渣系统的改造、运用情况,同时对其利弊进行了简要的分析和论证。Airlock Feeders are widely used in the equipment such as the systems of coal-powder and dust remover. Its strctcture is simple, economical, easy to transform, playing a major prevent channeling air flow caused by dust does not flow smoothly, and it also cart to prevent the fire,explosion and shock. Combined with the alteration of the hot-water boiler＇s slag system, introduced the reform of Airlock Feeder in industrial boiler＇s slag system. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and argued.
