摘 要:目的探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)时不同扫描方法对胆道系统结石的发现率,以期确定合理的检查方法。材料和方法50例接受MRCP检查者,GE 1.5T MRI扫描仪,分别采用常规薄层MRCP、厚层单次激发、薄层单次激发的MRCP,并同时行冠状面FIESTA扫描。分析不同方法对胆道系统结石的发现率。结果不同方法对胆道系统结石都有一定的漏诊,以薄层MRCP结合原始图像最少,而薄层单次激发MRCP结合冠状面FIESTA可以达到最佳的诊断效果。结论MRCP检查胆道系统结石时,采用单次激发MRCP结合冠状面FIESTA可以达到最佳的效果。Purpose To research the detection of the bile duct system stones by MR Cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in different techniques in order to find an optimal method. Materials and Metheds 50 cases were involved in MRCP procedure by GE 1.5T MR unit. Routine MRCP scan with MIP reconstruction, thick - slice SSFSE MRCP and thin -slice SSFSE MRCP with MIP reconstruction were performed. In the meantime, coronal FIESTA scan was also performed. We analyses the detection ratio of different techniques in bile duct system tones. Result Every technique has certain misdiagnosis, the thin -slice MRCP was better than others. Combined thin -slice SSFSE MRCP with FIESTA can achieve the best diagnosis. Conclusions To detect stones in the bile duct system, the SSFSE MRCP combined with coronal FIESTA should be the optimal techniques to get the correct diagnosis.
