摘  要:研究了固定化光合细菌催化苯乙酮不对称加氢反应,系统探讨了底物浓度、固定化细胞用量、pH值和振荡速度对产物收率和光学纯度的影响,结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:底物浓度34mmol/L,固定化细胞用量0.3g/mL,体系的pH7.0,振荡速度180r/min.在该优化反应条件下,产物的收率和光学纯度分别高达94.3%和98.5%,且产物构型为(S)一苯乙醇.Asymmetric hydrogenation of acetophenone with immobilized photosynthetic bacteria cell was studied,The effects of substrate concentration, immobilized cell concentration,pH and shake speeds on the maximum yield and optical purity of the product were systematically studied. All above mentioned parameters have important effects on the reaction. The optimum substrate concentration,immobilized cell concentration, pH and shake speeds were found to be 34 mmol/L, 0. 3 g/mL, 7. 0 and 180 r/min respectively for the reaction ,under which the maximum yield and optical purity of the product were as high as 94.3% and 98.5%.
