摘　　要：工作流技术是一种实现业务过程的分析、建模、优化、管理与集成,以及最终实现业务过程自动化的核心技术,它可以与其他应用系统有效结合,构建各种业务系统。根据编辑部的办公自动化的实现要求,设计了编辑部办公系统工作流模型,并对模型中的核心业务流进行了详细的分析与设计,该模型的动态实现机制摆脱传统实现机制灵活性差的缺点,从而实现了编辑部办公稿件信息的自动流转。Workflow technology is the core technology that carries out the process analysis, modeling, optimization, management and integration and at last it can realize automatic business process. Combining with other application systems effectively, it can set up business management system to meet all kinds of enterprise requirements. This paper designed a workflow system of the editorial department according to the needs of the editorial depart- ment of journal＇s automatic business process. The kernel operation flow of the mode is analyzed and designed in detail, This dynamic model realization of the mechanism gets rid of the shortcoming that traditional mechanisms to achieve has poor flexibility, so the automation of the office items information in the editorial department is achieved.
