普理灵疝补片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价普理灵疝补片(PHS)无张力修补腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法采用美国强生公司生产的PHS补片,修补45例腹股沟疝患者,其中21例为70岁以上高龄患者。对手术方法及时间、伤口疼痛、术后自主功能的恢复、并发症、复发率及住院时间等进行观察。结果手术全部顺利完成,平均手术时间40min,术后6h下床活动,术后疼痛较少,术后5～7d出院,随访5个月～19个月未见复发病例。术后5例出现尿潴留,1例出现阴囊水肿。结论PHS补片无张力疝修补术是一种较其他方法更符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理的手术方法,具有安全有效、痛苦小、手术操作简单、损伤轻及术后恢复快等特点。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tension-free repair of PROLENE Hernia System（ Ethicon. Inc） （PHS） on inguinal hernia. Methods forty-five patients （21 of them were older than 70） suffering from inguinal hernia underwent the hernia system repair operation with PHS. The operative procedure, postoperative pain, ability recovery of patients, complication and recurrence rates were observed. Results All the operations were successful. The mean operation time was 40 rains. Patients could walk in 6h after operation. Less pain attacked. The hospital stay was 5 to 7days. The follow-up period ranged from 5 to 19months and no recurrence was observed. Urinary retention occurred in 5 cases and scrotal hydrocelcs occurred in 1 case after operation. Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair is a nice option for the patients who are sufferring from hernia, based on the pathophysiology of the hernia, the anatomic structure of human, and its good performance of security, less pain, simpleness , less lesion and quick recovery.
