摘 要:激光热解法制备多组分铁基超微粒子催化剂及催化性能评价张敬畅曹维良单伟力李梦波(北京化工大学应用化学系,北京100029)关键词铁催化剂,超微粒子催化剂,激光热解,合成气,丙烯分类号O643/TQ53为寻找一氧化碳加氢定向合成低碳烯烃(FT合成)的有...Fe C Mn, Fe C Mn K, Fe C Cu K and Fe C Si multicomponent iron base ultrafine particle catalysts were prepared, based on the Fe C ultrafine particle obtained by means of laser pyrolysis method. TEM and XRD results show that the particle size of the multicomponent catalysts is in the range of 1~4 nm, bulk phase is mainly made of α Fe and Fe 3C, while (Fe, Mn)O mixed crystal and Cu 0 are also observed. Changes of the bulk structure and particle size in the process of F T synthesis are tested. Catalytic performance of the catalysts in the F T synthesis is investigated. The results show that the CO conversion is as high as 95 8%~97%, the selectivity for propylene is high and no CO 2 is observed, indicating that the multicomponent iron base UFP catalyst is a new prospective catalyst.
