摘  要:醇脱氢制酯Cu/Zn/Al/Zr催化剂的表征温涛潘伟雄孙旭辉(清华大学化学系C1国家重点实验室,北京100084)关键词Cu/Zn/Al/Zr催化剂,乙醇,乙酸乙酯,脱氢,表征分类号O643/TQ42自Eliott等[1]报道在Cu/Zn/Al催化...The structure, reducibility and acid base properties of a Cu/Zn/Al/Zr catalyst have been studied by BET, XRD, TPD and FT IR techniques. The results show that the surface area of the catalyst is as high as 130 m 2/g and the components of the catalyst are fully dispersed. Only one hydrogen consumption peak is found by TPR. TPD results show that there exist two types of acid sites and two types of base sites on the surface of catalysts. From the above results it is proposed that Al and Zr in the catalyst compose the sites of acid and base on the surface. It has also been found that active components can prevent copper from aggregating.
