摘 要:选择昆明种小鼠30只,随机分成2组:运动组(游泳训练20天)、运动+枸杞多糖组。实验结果表明:运动+枸杞多糖组小鼠耗竭游泳时间明显长于运动组(P<0.01):二组MDA含量无明显差异(P>0.05);血乳酸指数(血乳酸含量mM/L/游泳时间min)明显低于运动组(P<0.05);小鼠全血、肝组织、肌组织SOD活力、肝组织GSH-Px活力明显高于运动组(P<0.05),提示枸杞多糖具有提高小鼠运动耐力及增强机体抗氧化酶活力的作用。Abstract The effect of lycium berbarum polysaccharide(LBP) on endurance and antionxidative status was studied inswimming trained mice. 30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: swimming group (Ⅰ)andswimming +LBP group (Ⅱ) 3. hours before swimming , LBP was administed through intragastic perfusion forgroup Ⅱ while an equal amount of water was given to group (Ⅰ). Two group mice swam min daily for 20days. ON the 21th day, all mice were forced to swim to exhaustion and the swimming duration was recorded.The exhausted mice were then sacrificed 30min after swimming. The level of lactic acid, MDA and GSH, andthe activity of SOD and GSH-px in the blood, muscle and liver were determined. Results showed that theaverage swimming duration of group (Ⅱ) (248±44min) was longer than that of group (Ⅰ) (167±82, P<0.01), and the ratio of blood lactic acid to swimming duration in group (Ⅱ) is significantly lower (P<0.05)the activity of SOD in blood, liver, and muscle, and GSH-Px in liver were markedly increased (P<0.05)in group (Ⅱ). This indicated that the LBP could improve Physical endurance and antioxidative status in mice.
