益气活血法对冠心病介入术后患者心功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血法对冠心病介入术后患者心功能的影响。方法:将101例冠心病介入治疗后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均行西药常规治疗。治疗组加用益气活血类中成药(黄芪注射液、血塞通注射液、参芪片和血塞通胶囊),连续12周。测定2组介入治疗前后心脏彩超的左心室收缩、舒张功能和室壁运动指数变化。结果:2组术后12周左室收缩、舒张功能、室壁运动指数比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:益气活血法明显改善PCI术后患者的心功能,其效果随服药时间的延长而越明显。Objective:To observe the effect of therapy of strengthening Qi and activating blood on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:One hundred and one CHD patients after PCI were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups received routine western medicine and the treatment group received herbs with the actions of strengthening Qi and activating blood(Huangqi Injection,Xuesaitong Injection.Shenqi Tablets and Xuesaitong Capsules)additionally.The treatment lasted 12 weeks,Be- fore and after treatment,left ventricular systolic and diastolic cardiac function as well as the wall motion index showed by echocardiography were observed.Results:Twelve weeks after PCI,the differences of left ventricular systolic and diastolic cardiac function as well as the wall motion index were significant between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Therapy of strengthening Qi and acti- vating blood can improve the cardiac function in CHD patients after PCI,and the effect is better than the western medicine only in a time-effect manner.
