复方生脉饮对羟自由基的清除作用研究

摘　　要：利用ＥＳＲ自旋捕集技术研究了中药复方生脉饮及其组成单味药人参、麦冬和五味子对羟自由基的清除机理以及各单味药物与复方间的关系。结果表明，复方生脉饮具有比各单味药更好的抗氧化能力。A　study　has　been　made　on　the　scavenging　action　of　Shengmaiyin　Decoction　and　its　ingredients　Radix　Ginseng,Radix　Ophiopogonis　and　Fructus　Schisandrae　on　hydroxyl　radical,as　well　as　on　the　relationship　between　the　decoction　and　its　ingredients　using　ESR　spintrapping.The　results　indicate　that　the　decoction　is　better　in　antioxidation　than　its　ingredients.
