摘　　要：黑龙江省图书馆作为省级公共图书馆,积极开展了政府信息公开服务实践。通过设置"政府信息公开查阅室"等措施向社会各界提供服务,并力图通过有效宣传、建立政府信息资源总库、编制专题汇编和加强培训等手段进一步推进政府信息公开服务工作。As the provincial public library, Heilongjiang Provincial Library positively implements the practice of government information openness, which includes setting the ＂government information＂consulting room, carrying out effective propaganda, establishing the database of government information resources, compiling thematic compilation and implementing training. All of these measures promote services of government information openness.
