摘　　要：从制度视角研究图书馆事业是近几年来图书馆理论研究热点之一,主要包括公共图书馆制度研究、"精神—价值—使命"研究、图书馆法律法规体系研究等几个方面,这些成果构成构建制度图书馆学学科体系的学术起点。但研究制度图书馆学不意味着只是概念的辨析和逻辑的推演,而是要以图书馆实践为指向,使制度研究不仅着眼于解释制度,而且着眼于改造制度,以冲破影响我国图书馆事业发展的体制性和制度性障碍,实现图书馆的可持续发展。The research of librarianship from institutional perspective is the centre of public attention. It includes the public library institution,＂spirit-value-mission＂, library law system, etc. These achievements are the beginning of institutional library science. We should recognize institutional library science rationally, take the library work as orientation, reform the old library institution, develop the library persistently.
