摘　　要：针对现有摩擦磨损实验机的不足,为满足实验研究的需要,将虚拟仪器应用于摩擦学测试,设计了一台高精度球盘式摩擦磨损实验机。实验机利用电涡流传感器检测弹性梁变形位移的方法测量摩擦力;采用基于LabVIEW软件平台和数据采集卡的测试和控制系统。标定及测试表明该摩擦磨损实验机运行稳定,操作方便,具有较高的测量精度和良好的扩展性。Aiming at avoiding the shortcomings of extant tribo-tester and meeting the need of experiment, a ball-on-disc friction and wear tester was developed by adopting virtual instrument technology. The value of friction was calculated from the deformation of cantilever beam measured by eddy current sensor. And the tester used testing and control system based on the platform of LabVIEW and data acquisition card. Results indicate that this system runs steadily, with convenient operation, high precision and good expansibility.
