摘  要:华北电网安全节能发电优化调度系统采用与能量管理系统(EMS)一体化设计,可直接应用EMS采集的电网模型,并以此为基础进行拓扑分析。该系统采用分布式软件设计,便于开发、维护、实用。以安全约束机组组合为核心完成年度合同分解、月度合同分解、月度市场、日前调度等功能。这些功能在优化时考虑电网安全约束和机组的技术参数,保证优化结果真实可行。通过系统的研究态多时段交流全网络安全校核功能对优化结果进行校核,保证结果真实可行。实际应用表明该系统效果良好。North China grid security constrained convention dispatch optimization system is designed integrated with energy management system (EMS). The power network models gathered from EMS can be directly used in the system topology analysis. The distributed software design approach is used for easier development, maintenance and practicality. The security constrained unit commitment is used as the core to achieve annual generation contract scheduling, monthly generation contract scheduling, day-ahead generation scheduling and monthly energy market prototype. The security constrained unit commitment and units' parameters are considered in the optimization and the studied multi-timepoint AC network security check function is also used to guarantee the practicability and feasibility of the optimal results. All these functions are proven to be effective in the actual application.
