互动与双赢:中心城市大学与地方政府关系——以佛山科学技术学院为例  

Interaction and Reciprocity: the Relation between Central City University and Local Government——With Foshan University as a Case Example

摘　　要：中心城市大学实行省市共管的高教管理体制,与地方政府之间存在着学校规模发展与政府资源保障有限的矛盾、学校自主办学与政府管理过多的矛盾、学校长远发展与政府近期目标的矛盾。地方政府与中心城市大学应该充分发挥各自的资源优势,在相互依赖、相互制约的动态发展中达到协调与平衡。Under the system of joint management by the provincial and municipal governments, there exist some conflicts between central city university and local government in the following aspects, the scale development of university and the limit of governmental resources guarantee, the self-management of university and the over-management of local government, the long-term development of university and the short-term aim of local government. Local government and central city university shall give full play to each other＇s advantages in resources, and coordinate with each other in interdependence and inter-restriction.
