区域服务主导型数字图书馆运行机制探讨

摘　　要：运行机制决定着管理的成效,服务主导型数字图书馆作为新型的数字图书馆,要保证其有效运行,必须建立相应的运行机制:合作机制、版权结算机制、风险规避机制、评价机制、专业化团队管理机制、服务机制等。Working-mechanism determines management effect. As a new digital library to work effectively, the service-oriented digital library shall be provided with such corresponding working-mechanisms as cooperation mechanism, copyright settlement mechanism, risk circumvention mechanism, appraisal mechanism, specialized team management mechanism and service mechanism.
