摘 要:采用MM-200型磨损试验机,研究了干滑动摩擦条件下流变压铸成形的AZ91D镁合金在不同热处理状态下的摩擦磨损性能。试验结果表明,流变压铸成形的AZ91D镁合金的磨损速率和摩擦因数均随着载荷的增加而增大,当载荷增大到250 N之后,其磨损质量损失反而降低。随着磨损时间增加,材料的磨损质量损失成线性比例迅速增加,其摩擦因数在0.215-0.23范围内波动。对磨偶件的转速越高,流变压铸成形镁合金的磨损质量损失越大,摩擦因数越小。T4和T6热处理在一定程度上改善了材料的耐磨性能。The dry sliding friction and wear characteristics of rheo-dieeasting magnesium alloy AZglD,which is in as-cast,T4 heat treatment and T6 heat treatment state, were studied at different load and wear time by using an MM-200 abrasion tester. The results show that the wear rate and friction coefficient of magnesium alloy enhances with raising the load, and the wear loss mass reduces instead when the load arrives at 250 N. The wear loss of Mg alloy enhances in linearity proportion with the load, while the friction coefficient of Mg alloy is varied in 0.215 to 0.23 .The higher the rotating speed, the higher the wear mass loss of magnesium alloy, and the lower the friction coefficient. The wear ability of rheo-diecasting magnesium alloy are increased by T4 and T6 heat treatment in some extent.
