摘 要:目的探讨新型钙通道TRPV5在前列腺疾病发病机制中的作用。方法年轻和老年的雄性大鼠各30只,先取出前列腺,使用光学显微镜观察其HE切片的组织病理学特点,应用SP法对其进行免疫组化染色,分别检测TRPV5钙通道在SD大鼠前列腺上皮细胞中的表达。结果30例老年DS大鼠前列腺标本中TRPV5钙通道强表达的有6例,中表达的11例,低表达的13例;30例年轻SD大鼠前列腺标本中TRPV5钙通道强表达的有19例,中表达的8例,低表达的3例。两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TRPV5钙通道在SD大鼠前列腺上皮细胞中表达差异有统计学意义,新型钙通道TRPV5的改变可能在前列腺疾病的发病中起一定作用。Objective To investigate the function of TRPV5 channel in the pathogenesis of the prostatic disease. Methods The hematoxylin-eosin stained slides are made from prostate extracted from 30 young and 30 old SD rats Pathological evidence were observed through the light microsope. Then TRPV5 ion channel expressions in SDrat prostatic epithelia were detected by using the method of SP immunohistochemistry. Results Prostate specimens of 30were subdivided into 6 strong ones,11 moderate cnes, and 13 low ones according to the expressive intensity of TRPV5. As to the 30 young ones, the numbers are 19,8 and 3 respectively. There lies statistical significance in the difference between the two groups (Х^2=8.523.P=0.004). Conclusion There is significant difference befween TRPV5 expression in SD rat prostatic epithelia. The change of the TRPV5 may be one of the mechanisms of the prostatic disease.
