摘　　要：概略介绍了中国历朝历代“草木殖成，国之富地”的历史，当前要破解中国的三农问题，离不开“草木殖成”的现代科学发展观，其基本思路要认真解决几个难题：粮食安全问题；农产品基本供给问题；农村经济增长问题；农林牧三者之间的问题；生态文明建设问题。The paper briefly introduced the history of ＂yield vegetation into a rich country＂ by ancient Chinese dynasties . To break the current China＇s three agricultural issues can not be separated from real ＂yield vegetation ＂as a modem scientific development concept. The basic idea should be seriously solve several problems such as food security; supply of basic agricultural issues; rural economie growth; among agricuhural,forestry and animal husbandry issues; ecological civilization building.
