摘　　要：论述了林地生产力低下、林区群众生活困难,林地资源潜力远未发挥出来,与全面贯彻落实科学发展观,促进经济社会可持续发展的要求形成反差。面对当前林业机遇好、潜力大、困难多的形势,从创新机制、抓好人才队伍建设,抓好森林区划、加强营林生产的定向培育和集约经营、强化森林资源管护,加快林地经济发展、发挥林业资源优势等方面,提出了推进林区可持续发展的具体措施。The low productivity of forestland, lower livelihood of forest people, forest resource potential is far from played out, and all these is contast with comprehensively implementing the scientific concept of development to promote sustainable economic and social development. In the face of forestry opportunities, potential difficulties, the paper holds that the innovative mechanism, to do a good job of building professionals and forest areas planning, to strengthen forest production directed and intensive management training, to strengthen management and protection of forest resources, to speed up economic development of forest land, and make good use of forestry resources, giving specific measures to promote sustainable forest development in forest areas.
