摘  要:设计并实现了电能质量监控系统——PQSIS。该系统运行于国产麒麟操作系统上,实现了麒麟操作系统在电力系统方面的应用推广,保证了该系统的安全性、稳定性。电能质量监控系统是基于J2EE架构平台设计的,实现了自动的数据采集、存储、实时数据分析显示、电能质量评估、指标越限报警、报表生成和打印等功能,给电网的电能质量监测工作提供了一个坚实的软硬件平台。目前该系统已成功运行于某电网数据监测系统中,并取得了很好的效益。The power quality supervisory information system (POSIS) is designed and realized. The system is designed as promotion unit to run on Kylin operating system, and the spread of Kylin operating system in the power system is realized, the security and stability are guaranted. The system is based on J2EE framework platform, and a series of functions are realized, such as automatic data collection and storage of power quality parameters, real-time data analysis and show, power quality assessment, early warning of target limit, report generation and printing, which provide a solid hardware and software platform to power quality supervisory work. The system has been successfully employed in a power grid data supervisory system, and shows fine performances.
