军用电子装备企业生产计划管理模式探索与实践

摘　　要：近年来,随着军用电子装备需求的迅猛增长,各军用电子装备企业正经历着从过去单纯研制生产模式向研制和批产混线生产模式的转变,现行的生产计划模式已不能适应市场的需要。针对我所军用电子装备企业"边研制,边生产,技术状态多变"的特殊性和现行生产模式存在的问题,结合先进的项目管理和生产管理理念、方法和工具,系统性地提出了适合军用电子装备企业的"网络计划+MRP+动态调度"的"三纵三横"策划、计划和调度分层集成控制的新生产计划模式,旨在提高军用电子装备企业生产计划的科学性和可控性,以达到减少流动资金占用和缩短生产周期之目的。Recently, the corporations of military electronic equipment velopment production mode to hybrid mode of development and batch electronic equipment demand. The old mode of production planning have been experiencing change from deproduction with large increase of military can＇t adapt to the new market. On the features of military electronic equipment corporations and the problems of old production mode, this paper systematically studies the interaction of vertical and horizontal production planning mode of ＂Network ＋ MRP ＋ Dynamic Scheduling＂ through using the ideas, methods and tools of project management and production management. This kind of planning mode can improve production planning rationality and controllability, reduce cash flow and shorten production cycle.
