摘　　要：在分析JPEG2000标准感兴趣区域(Region of Interest—ROI)编码的基础上,提出一种结合AdaBoost算法的自动人脸感兴趣区域编码方法。该方法通过AdaBoost算法检测定位图像中的人脸区域,动态生成感兴趣区域掩膜,然后采用JPEG2000中最大位移法(Maxshift)进行感兴趣区域编码。实验仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。Based on the research of ROI(Region of Interest) coding in JPEG2000 standard,the paper proposes an automatic face locating method by introducing AdaBoost algorithm into the JPEG2000 basic system.The method firstly locates the face region by AdaBoost face detecting algorithm,then generates the ROI mask dynamically,and finally codes ROI by using Maxshift method suggested in JPEG2000 PartⅠ.Simulation results illustrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
