摘　　要：运用人因可靠性分析方法，对铁路军事运输系统进行人为因素定性分析，辨识系统中人和组织失误HOE，针对铁路运输人因可靠性研究的特点，提出基于主成分分析法的评价模型，计算分析表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。The human reliability qualitative analysis method is employed to analyze the human and organization errors of military railway transportation system. A qualitative analysis model is developed based on the principal component analysis method considering the characteristics of human reliability research on railway transportation. An example indicates that the method is reasonable and effective.
