摘　　要：运用国际法的基本知识，对军交运输领域的3种作战样式如何开展法律战进行了思考，对未来战争中可能出现在军交运输领域的法律问题进行了解答。Based on the basic knowledge of international law, this paper focuses on how to develop law war in the field of military transportation under three styles of fighting. Besides, It deals with the law issues perhaps arising in the field of military transportation in the future war.
