摘  要:研究军用汽车维修质量评估问题。从车辆修竣后技术状态、维修人员、维修设施设备、维修环境、维修质量管理5个方面提出了军用汽车维修质量评估属性体系。基于工程模糊集理论和多属性半结构性群决策理论,建立了维修质量评估数学模型。维修质量评估模型初步解决了军用汽车维修质量评估时的半结构性属性及群决策信息的集结问题,具有一定的普遍适用性。Appraisement of military vehicles repair quality is focused on in this paper. The appraisement attributes system is brought forward which contains six aspects such as vehicle technical state after being repaired, repairing personnel, equipments and facilities for repairing, maitenance environment and maintenance quality management. A mathematical model is established by adopting engineering fuzzy set theory and multi - attribute and semi - structural fuzzy decision theory. The model about appraisement of maitenance quality solves the problems of aggregating semi - structural attributes and multiple decision - making information preliminarily, so the model has applicable and universal character.
