解读美军“感知与响应后勤”理论的核心理念

摘　　要：通过解读美军提出的最新后勤理论——感知与响应后勤，了解美军后勤理论发展动向。研究表明，该理论的核心理念包括供需网络化、供应链柔性化、组织结构模块化和多功能化、资源非集中化、以需求为牵引、推一拉式流程，其实质是建立柔性军事供应链，进而对我军后勤建设提供借鉴。This paper expounds the latest theory ＂ Sense and Respond Logistics＂ which puts forward by U.S. Army in 2004. The study shows that the core thoughts of the theory include supply and demand nets, flexible supply chain, modularization and multifunction organization, decentralized resources, demand - oriented, and push - pull process. The essence of the theory is that a flexible military supply chain should be built. The thoughts give us some advices in joint logistics.
