挣值管理在大型武器装备研发项目中的应用研究

摘　　要：在对项目挣值管理方法进行介绍的基础上，就挣值管理方法的应用进行了分析。指出了挣值管理方法是一种很有实际意义的项目管理方法，在武器装备研发项目中有着广阔的应用前景。但也有其局限性，只有将关键路径法与挣值管理方法结合使用，该方法才是完整有效的。The application of the Earned Value Management is analyzed based on the introduction of its method. The Earned Value Management is practical and has a wide prospect on weapon equipment development, but the limitation of the method is obvious. Only by combining critical path method with earned value management, can this method be totally effective.
