摘　　要：目的了解白银市某铸造热加工企业职业性外伤的特点,分析其原因,制定预防措施,降低外伤率。方法利用某公司的846人次职业外伤档案进行统计分析。结果职业性外伤多发生于20～30岁技术级别低和50岁以上技术级别高的工人,呈马鞍型,以挤压伤较多,工龄11～15a的发病率最低。结论加强安全知识培训,合理安排工作,可预防职业性外伤的发生。[Objective] To understand the features of occupational trauma in a founding processing enterprise in Baiyin, analyze the causes, establish preventive measures and reduce the rate occupational trauma.[Methods] Statistical analysis was made on the files of 846 times of occupational trauma in the company.[Results] The occupational trauma took place mainly among the workers of low technical level aged between 20 and 30 and the workers of high technical level aged above 50 ; the traumas were mainly extrusion ; the morbidity was the lowest among the workers with the working age between 11 and 15. [Conclusion] Safety trainings and proper work arrangement can help prevent the attack of occupational trauma.
