摘　　要：该文采用主成分分析法分析痤疮、斑秃、银屑病、白癜风、单纯糠疹患者头发中5种微量元素的含量特征,获得2个主成分及相应的主成分方程,并解释2个主成分的理化意义。为微量元素性疾病的研究提供资料和依据。[Objective] This paper analyzed the content features of 5 trace elements in hair of patients with acne, alopecia areata,psoriasis, vitiligo and pityriasis simplex, by using principal component analysis. Two principal components and their equations were obtained, physicochemical meaning of two principal was explained in detail. It provided reference and evidence for the research of trace elements related diseases.
