颈动脉体瘤的超声影像学特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对颈动脉体瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析15例,共16个颈动脉体瘤的超声表现,重点观察肿瘤与颈动脉外膜的关系及肿瘤的血流特征。结果16个颈动脉体瘤超声表现为颈动脉分叉处边界清晰的中低回声团块,瘤体均位于颈动脉外膜与管腔之间;颈动脉体瘤内血流丰富,为高速低阻血流信号。13个颈动脉体瘤瘤体供血血管发自颈动脉;颈内动脉与颈外动脉间距增宽者8个。结论根据颈动脉分叉处的中低回声团块,颈动脉外膜下方的瘤体位置,瘤体内血流丰富,颈动脉发出供血血管等特征,超声可对颈动脉体瘤作出初步诊断。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in carotid body tumors. Methods Sixteen carotid body tumors of 15 cases were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between the tumors and the outer membrane of the carotid artery and blood flow of the tumors were emphasized. Results The appearances of all the carotid body tumors were sharply defined as middle and low level echo within carotid bifurcation, and tumors were located between outer membrane of carotid artery and lumens. There was plenty of blood flow in carotid body tumors with high speed and low resistance index. There were 13 cases with blood flow from carotid, and 8 cases with splaying of the carotid bifurcation. Conclusion Ultrasound can primarily diagnose carotid body tumor, and color Doppler ultrasound has important clinical application value for diagnosis of this disease.
