壳聚糖在抗敏口服液制备中的应用

摘　　要：采用壳聚糖作澄清剂代替原来的醇沉法制备抗敏口服液，不仅澄清效果好，而且采用ＴＬＣ法及ＨＰＬＣ法比较了２种工艺的层析行为及其中芍药甙的含量，结果证明无明显的影响。Chitosan has been used as clarificant to prepare antianaphylaxis oral liquid instead of ethanol subsiding method. The gradetion separate action and paeoniflorin content of the two various techniques were compared by TLC and HPLC. The result showed no significant difference, thus, it provided a cheap clarificant method.
