摘  要:目的:研究链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)未致高血糖大鼠的糖耐量有无异常。方法:10 ̄12周龄SD雄性大鼠随机分为2组:实验组,腹腔内注射30mg/kg(小剂量组)或60mg/kg(大剂量组)的STZ;对照组,腹腔内注射等量酸性缓冲液。注射后1 ̄12周对STZ未致高血糖大鼠(空腹血糖<10mmol/L)进行腹腔葡萄糖耐量试验(Intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test,IPGTT)。结果:小剂量组大鼠的血糖或IPGTT与对照组相比均无显著性差异;大剂量组未致高血糖大鼠在STZ注射后有2/9 ̄3/5的大鼠的IPGTT异常,即50%葡萄糖腹腔内注射(2g/kg)后120min的空腹血糖值大于相应对照组的所有动物的该值,且≥10mmol/L。结论:小剂量STZ未导致大鼠高血糖,且IPGTT无异常,而大剂量STZ未致高血糖大鼠的糖耐量减退。Objective: To study whether the glucose tolerance was impaired in the non-hyperglycemic rats treated with streptozotocin (STZ). Methods: Male SD rats,aged 10-12 weeks,were divided into two groups:experimental group,with an intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg(low dose) or 60 mg/kg(high dose) STZ;control group,with injection of equal dose acidified saline. 1-12 weeks after injection, the intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test(IPGTT) was performed in the non-hyperglycemic rats(fasting blood glucose 〈10 mmol/L) treated with STZ. Results: There was no significant difference in the fasting blood glucose or IPGTT between the control and the low dose groups. 2/9-3/5 of the non-hyperglycemic rats treated with high dose STZ had abnormal IPGTF,i.e,at 120 min after intraperitoneal injection of 50% glucose(2g/kg), the fasting blood glucose levels were higher than those in all the animals in the corresponding control group, and≥10 mmol/L. Conclusion: Low dose STZ did not induce hyperglycemia or abnormal IPGTF in all rats,and the non-hyperglycemic rats treated with high dose STZ had an impaired glucose tolerance.
