摘  要:根据1990年春季(4~5月)和秋季(10~11月)在舟山群岛附近海域所采集的浮游动物样本及相关环境资料,春季,共鉴定出浮游动物104种,秋季,共鉴定出浮游动物106种;分析了浮游动物生物量和丰度的平面分布、季节变动及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明:春、秋季调查海区的浮游动物种类数基本相同,但种类组成却发生了明显的变化,两个季节浮游动物的共同种只有54种,约50%的种类发生更替,其中桡足类和水螅水母类的种类更替较明显;浮游动物生物量和丰度春季高于秋季;浮游动物种类组成、生物量和丰度的变化与水文环境变化密切相关。Zhoushan Archipelago and its adjacent waters are a highly productive and economically valuable zone, providing spawning and breeding grounds for many important fishes. Zooplankton is very sensitive to the hydrological changes resulted from human activities and climate change. In order to describe the patterns of zooplankton distribution and provide a basis for future research of long-term seawater changes near the Zhoushan Archipelago, seasonal variation of the zooplankton species compositions and spatial distribution of the biomass are in this area are discussed. Zooplankton samples were collected from 70 stations in the waters near Zhoushan Archipelago in the spring and autumn of 1990. All the samples were towed from the sea bottom to the surface with a large plankton net(50 cm in diameter, 145 cm in length, mesh size 505 μm), fixed and stored in 5% formalin sea water solution, and then classified and counted under the microscope and weighed in the lab. 106 species and 11 taxa were identified. Based on species abundance and frequency at stations, the dominant species of the study area were identified. Dominant species compositions show seasonal variations: in the spring, the dominant species were Calanus sinicus, Sagitta nagae, Muggiaea atlantica, Lensia subtiloides and Labidocera euchaeta, and in the autumn, they were Centropages dorsispinatus, Labidocera euchaeta , Pseudeuphausia sinica , Sagitta en flata and Sagitta bedoti. On the basis of the zooplankton and environmental data, the abundance and biomass of zooplankton and the relations to environmental factors are analyzed in this paper. The total of species in the spring is similar to that in the autumn. The composition of species is different from spring to autumn. Only 54 species were both identified in the spring and autumn, and nearly 50% altered, especially for Hydromedusae and Copecoda, their species replacement was more evident. In the spring, the average zooplankton biomass was 289.52 mg/ m^3 , while in the autumn it was only 92.79 mg/m^3
