摘　　要：Coolplus/棉XLA包芯纱弹力织物的加工需兼顾各类纤维的特性。根据Coolplus纤维和XLA纤维的性能,设计了染整工艺路线,即松弛处理、酶氧一浴汽蒸一步法前处理、丝光、低温型分散染料染Coolplus纤维和用吸湿排汗剂进行柔软整理等。经上述工艺处理后的织物,性能良好,弹性适中。Characteristics of different fibers should be considered in wet processing of Coolplus/cotton XLA core-spun yarn elastic fabric. Wet processing was designed according to characteristics of Coolplus and XLA fibers, including relaxation, one-step steaming pretreatment with enzyme/H2O2 in one-bath, mercerizing, low-energy disperse dyeing of Coolplus fiber, and softening with moisture management finish. Treated fabric featured good properties and moderate elasticity.
