摘 要:纯棉织物采用圆网进行发泡/烂花共同印花,文中从发泡浆、烂花酸剂的选择和用量,花网排列,焙烘温度和时间等方面,优化各工艺参数,并提出注意事项。试验表明,优化的发泡浆处方为发泡浆LTJ-804用量85%~90%,透明浆用量15%~10%;烂花浆处方为98%硫酸用量7%,烂花原糊SPX-800用量60%;花网排列是发泡浆在前,烂花浆在后,80~90℃烘干,130~135℃焙烘1min;溢流机60℃水洗30min。Cotton fabric was co-printed with foaming paste and burnt-out paste with rotary screen printing machine. Based on selection of foaming paste,burnt-out acidifier and their dosage, screen arrangement and curing conditions, suitable co-printing process and precautions were pointed out. Recipe of foaming paste consisted of 85% -90% of LTJ 804 and 15% - 10% of transparent paste; recipe of burnt-out paste consisted of 7% of sulphuric acid and 60% of burnt-out stock thickener SPX 800. Procedures were carried out as followings: foaming printing followed by burnt-out printing, then drying at 80 - 90℃, curing at 130 - 135℃ for ] rain, and rinsing at 60 ℃ for 30 min with overflow machine. Appearance and properties of printed products met wearing requirement.
