摘 要:介绍了当前广泛应用的冲板流量计测量机理及传统变送器的基本结构,针对传统流量计变送器存在的弊端,设计了一种以4~20mA专用两线制U/I集成电路XTR101为核心的新型冲板流量计变送器,重点介绍了XTR101的工作原理以及计算方法,该变送器结构简单,信号适合远距离传送,各项性能指标优于传统流量计变送器。The flow continuous measuring of solid material on line is one of the challenging problems in flow measurement field. After studying the measurement principle of the plate flow- meter widely used at present and the basic structure of the conventional transmitter, we summa-rized the defects transmitter of the conventional flow-meter, and designed a type of transmitter for plate flow-meter, with the XTR101 IC with 4-20 mA special two-line U/I as its core. The principle and computing methods of the XTR101 was introduced with emphasis. The structure of the transmitter designed in this paper is simpler than the conventional ones, and suitable for far distance transmission of signal. The technical factors of the transmitter are also better than con- ventional ones.
