摘 要:采用硅氧烷改性纳米氧化锌与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯制备了无机-有机复合乳液。对比了5个复合乳液制备工艺的实验效果,最终采用过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系和分段控温的乳液聚合工艺。进一步优化了乳化剂的配比和用量、反应前后段温度与时间、引发剂的用量、纳米氧化锌分散时间、预乳化时间、聚合过程中的搅拌速度等乳液聚合工艺参数,得到了制备无机-有机复合乳液的最佳工艺参数。The title inorganic - organic composite emulsion was prepared by using siloxane modified nano zinc oxide, methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate as the raw materials. The results of five emulsion poly- merization processes were compared with each other. The potassium persulphate - sodium bisulfite redox ini- tiator system and sectional temperature control polymerization process were adopted. The technical parame- ters, i.e. ratio and amount of the emulsifiers, sectional temperature and reaction time of the emulsion poly- merization, dosage of the initiator, dispersion time of nano -ZnO and the pre -emulsion time, stirring speed during polymerization, were optimized. The optimum technical parameters were given.
