摘  要:采用以甲醛肟为显色剂的分光光度法测定了水样中的溶解氧。在水样中加入硫酸锰溶液和甲醛肟溶液,在调节pH值为10.0~11.0的条件下,锰(Ⅱ)被溶解氧氧化为锰(Ⅳ),并与甲醛肟生成棕色络合物,在波长λ=450nm的条件下,用分光光度计测定其吸光度值,确定锰的含量,并通过[O2]—[Mn]计量公式求得溶解氧的含量。试验表明,该方法与DO仪测定结果吻合良好。The dissolved oxygen (DO) in water samples was determined by spectrophotometry using formaldehyde oxime as chromogenic reagent. When manganese sulfate solution and formaldehyde oxime solution are added into water samples, and pH is between 10.0 and 11.0, Mn ( Ⅱ ) is oxidized by dissolved oxygen into manganese (Ⅳ). Under the condition of wavelength of 450 nm, the absorbance values are determined by spectrophotometer to identify the content of manganese, and the dissolved oxygen content is calculated using the stoiehiometric relation between [O2] - [Mn]- The result obtained by this method agrees well with that by DO analyzer.
