摘　　要：和谐社会建设需要社会保障体系来保驾护航,农村养老保险作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分,在社会主义和谐社会建设中意义重大。文章分析了当前我国社会保障体系存在的诸多问题,借鉴国际经验并针对我国的现实国情,提出了我国应当采取的最优保障模式,还就我国农村养老体系的进一步完善提出了政策建议。Social security is very important to the construction of harmonious society. Rural elderly security is one of the important parts of social security. The essay analyzes the problems in social security, offers a wonderful model of social security and gives suggestions to the improvement of rural elderly security in China.
